Booking Thank you for your interest in working with Ralston Leadbeater. All services are tailored to each client, so pricing isn’t fixed. To get started, please give us a call or send a message through the contact form. We’ll talk through your ideas, the type of shoot you need, and then provide you with a quote based on your request. Your date will only be secured once everything is confirmed and agreed upon. Pricing Every project is different, so pricing will depend on things like the type of service, how long the shoot is, the location, and what’s needed for editing or production. After a quick conversation, you’ll receive a clear quote with everything included. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. In some cases, deposits may not be refundable, but we’ll always try to work with you to find another date if possible. Waitlist If your preferred date is already booked, you can ask to be added to the waitlist. If something opens up, we’ll reach out to you as soon as possible. Late Arrivals / No Shows If you’re running late, just let us know. Time lost due to late arrival may affect the session. Missed appointments without notice may affect future bookings.
